I had such a wonderful experience at the Pearl & Godiva, The Styling Pilgrimage workshop in Ireland. Not only did I meet some amazing industry leaders, I got to take some dreamy photos that I can be proud of. Another dream come true was meeting Erich & Amy McVey. What a sweet & beautiful power couple who were kind enough to answer all my questions. (I’m THAT attendee who ask too many or all questions….) Plus all the attendees that I have the honor of calling my friends. I am grateful for this year. I have been loving my journey into film photography and I am so excited about the future. Who would have known, an American, living in Belgium, who doesn’t speak or read French (well), Dutch or German could have a growing business. I’m finding my own way here by following my heart. If you want to know what real beauty is and seeing beyond then I have a feeling their workshop will work it’s way right into your soul.
“Come away o human child!
To the waters and the wild
With a faery, hand in hand.
For the world more full of weeping
than you can understand.”
~ W.B. Yeats, “The Stolen Child”
